These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SimXmil (formerly named Guhya), including the mobile app, web app, and the website at https://guhya.space, operated by Guhya Technologies. By creating an account or using SimXmil, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet the minimum age required by local law to use SimXmil.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the security of your device, your account credentials, and any backup passphrase you create. Because backups are encrypted client-side, Guhya Technologies cannot recover a lost passphrase — keep it somewhere safe.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SimXmil to:

Violate applicable law, or the rights of others.
Distribute malware, or attempt to compromise the security of the service or other users' devices.
Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or engage in harassment or abuse.
Attempt to circumvent, disable, or reverse-engineer the encryption or security features for malicious purposes.

Because message content is end-to-end encrypted, we generally cannot review it — enforcement against these terms relies on metadata-level signals and user reports.

4. The field/privacy toolkit

Utilities such as the BLE tracker scanner, RF/EMF monitors, and related tools are provided for personal safety and situational awareness. They rely on your device's sensors and available signals, are best-effort, and should not be your sole safety measure in a high-risk situation.

5. Plans & payments

Core messaging and encryption are free. Where paid plans are offered for additional storage or features, pricing is shown in-app before purchase, and payments are processed through the applicable app store or payment provider.

6. Intellectual property

SimXmil, the SimXmil logo, and associated branding are the property of Guhya Technologies. You may not use them without prior written permission, except as necessary to accurately refer to the product (e.g., in a review or article).

7. Service availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

SimXmil is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guhya Technologies disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
